as i already mentioned there - they were my first experiments
one and a half week ago with o2, and i've been happy that time
that i could make them at least like they are.
If i'd continue working on them, i promise they will be lookin
mucho better and i'd also make various versions + more complex
objects (like already mentioned above: intact and ruined buildings, etc.)

It depends on what you mean by: construction mod
3WX/MIA project may be seen as some kind'a construction mod,
but i wouldn't call it a construction mod (or should i?
)
It's a project trying to put various object addons into one addon,
so that it's easier for map makers to release islands with cool looking
stuff, without having to point to dozens of addons to download.
Also - my goal is to start making a lot of various object addons, as
i seem to remember having said at least twice in this thread now lol,
but i wouldn't consider seeing me as a mod ;D
And one more thingy: i've just started addon making, and i still need
to learn a lot of stuff until you can expect bigger projects from me - it's
just that i thought i've tried almost everything in mission editing and
scripting, and i needed some change of interests to keep my number
one game alive for me.
