is there a way to make west/east solders fire at civilians besides using the destroy waypoint. in otherwards make the AI west\east solders think the civilians are enemies

ahh yes.. an oldie but a goodie...


make an officer of the side you want the civs to appear on, and then group your civilians to him using F2  and then in the officer's init line put this bit of code:

deletevehicle this

and when the mission starts he'll get deleted leaving the civs to believe their still on the officers side..

Don't forget to make the officer's rank higher than the civvies rank. And for waypoint just base them from the officer, the civvie will act as number 1 is dead and conitnue on his activities.

Another method is to "hack" the .sqm file. I prefer this 'cause it makes more dangerous. :)

And make sure the person who you have grouped the Civi to is of the Opposite side to the East/West Soldiers who are gonna shoot them.
