I don't think the hi-res shy is hosted on OFPEC or not, last time I checked I couldn't find it on here, try searching on ofp.info.

Ive got some problems with the Hisky pack, hopefully someone can help me. :D

Ive installed the mod, and i can run my game. But i get error messages, throughout. Im able to go to the editor and place a guy on the map, and get a sneakpreview at the beautiful sky. ;D But before i can start i get this error message, ill atach a pic of it. It says "cannot open object data 3d\vysilacka.p3d". >:( Not fun. And on the map, sum objects like walls are missing!! Does anybody know what the problem is?? Or can u just tell me how to succesfully install it? Or any solution at all? :D
