Please help with targeting

Hi i am having a hard time getting the AI to do what i want...

Heheheh i know big suprise there...

Anyway i want to get the NVA 60mm Morta to fire at what ever (invs H)
or something...

Only problem is i cant get it to fire at it unless it can see it...

I have put 4 morta's away from the airstrip and as i atack it i want a morta atack to start up...

i have tried (Name) dofire (H Name)  didn't work untill i bought the morta into vis range

What am i doing wrong...
