Where do I put .ogg files?

I've got all the sound files i need, but where do i put them. Would i pbo it, with all the scripts and just put playSound "wateva.ogg" in the scripts?

The sounds are only about 4 seconds long, of people just saying stuff. Also how would i stop the sounds from repeating themselves over and over.

Surely someone must no the answer as, most missions have custom sounds in now?

the ogg files go in to either the missionname/sounds subfolder or the missionname/music subfolder.  The sounds also have to be "declared" in the description.ext file.  when you export the mission it will gather up all the subfolders and put them in the pbo for you.
