2 troubles: how to transfer value and how to modify velocity

Well, I have two questions that i cant find clear answer for them:

1) i have some value that i get in mission itself, and then i want to use this value in outro of the same mission. So how can i transfer it from mission to outro?

2) I want to change velocity of units' fired rockets, shells and bullets. How can i do it?

1.   If you assign the value to a variable you should be able to use that variable in the Outro ... I think.
