Need help opening CONFIG.BIN file.Please?

Hey all.I have trying to find the extracter that can open the config.bin file.I KNOW that there's been alot of issues about doing that but I just want to change the sounds in how the game uses them.NOT TO CHEAT.Im very against cheating.I already have a sound mod basically done through the wss file conversion way but the game engine is programed to use so many that has been made for it.I dont want to use anyone else's already modified way like Satchels.Can anyone help me find the extractor?Thanks.

You view .paa and .pac files with TexView, available on BI's Breathe site.

TextView?But I havent been able to find TextView.There must be another way?

Well i found it but I have quite been able to figure out how to use it.Is the binarize the program?I tried it but it did nt do anything.   "sobs"

Texview is for viewing .paa and .pac texture files.

Just unzip the Texview_11.zip file into a folder you have conveniently made for the purpose.

Then just run the program and load the .paa or .pac file of your choice.

Thanks Plank,but how about the BIN?The config file?I havent been able to find anything to open it up with.I'm sorry if I'm being too whiney.
