Need 2 Addons (Please Read Everybody)

Ok, I've tried to get Cessena Fun! to work, but can't find two addons. The addons are both corrupt files from the only links I found. The files are:
1. Martin's Bell 206
2. JMG Police Cruiser
If anyone could please find me a link with a good file for these, I'd appreciate it so much. Thank you!
