SP/MP Support Pack Question

Hello all--

If you know anything about snYpir's SP/MP support pack and how it works I would be very pleased if you could help me out.  I am in a sort of dilemma as I am making a mission that requires the addon to be utilized without the input of the player during the mission (ie the player is not the one calling in support, the squad leader is).  There is a way to do this using the RequestSupport function included in the addon.  snYpir wrote in the online documentation of the pack how to use this, but it doesn't seem to work.  I get an error message when the function is called; something must be wrong with it.    

Has anyone who has used it experienced something similar?  Is this a known issue?
