how to build a rader

I'm now planning to build a PGZ95  self-propelled gun,there will be a rader on the gun turret I want have a Select ,what can made the rader turn around like a really one,can anyone tell me how to do this?

Look (Search) in this site for tutorials (Editing depot)

It's not too had, just need a selection for the radar, and two points as an axis (Both as selections, called say radar and radar_axis)
and a few lines in the cpp file
