i'm not sure if this is even possible, but can you remove the "gunner" person from a OH-58 so i can have my player "moveincargo" in that spot in the beginning of a mission??

Just create an EMPTY & NAMED birdie and set it "flying" or whatever;
Then put this in your two d00ds  ( pilot/gunner )  INIT fields:

This MoveinGunner NameOfBird

and:

This MoveinDriver NameOfBird
