New Voices

I want to open up the file which holds the default BIS voices for F-key commands like, "All Danger!" or "3 follow 1" etc, and use new ones which I've made myself.
I know the FDF team have done it and I was wondering whether I can simply, decrypt the said file, add my own files, encrypt it again and put the file back.
Knowing Flashpoint, it won't be that simple will it?

OK I think I've got a good Idea. I've opened up the Voice.pbo and had a look inside. I guess I can just make new voices for one of the names. However, the files are saved as .wss and none of the software I posess can play the files or create new ones. Any Idea where I can find the tool? Better still will Flashpoint accept a different file type in the folder?

Excellant Planck.
Its worked a charm. I believe that logically all I need to do now is replace each of the relevant files with my own, pack it and then put it back.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, I don't want to have to re-install.

Always keep a copy of the original Sound.pbo somewhere safe, then you can always replace the original if things go wrong.
