Radios?

Is tehre anyway that i can use radios. You know like radio alpha, gama etc. It is said that some triers can be activited with this thing. How can i use them. And also how can i make fro example when i us any radio a global dialogue to be shwon like for example:
1: You can go enemy's are killed tralala...
2: Thank you we are proccedeing in course. Tralala... out
You know this messages are shown in the bright blue color.
Can you tell me how to make them?

Get the Tutorial Mission from the Editors Depot and take it to bits in the mission editor.    It has all of this in it.
