How do you make it so that it your mission doesnt show the .eden.pbo extension in the single mission list?

In the upper right hand corner of the editor screen, there should be a picture of a cloud and some numbers. Just click on them and type in the name of your mission in the "Name" box ;)

I thought you had to add that bit anyway. I get trouble with my missions unless I do that.  ???

Mine worked fine without it. Just the name was screwed up.

J-man's right. The "box" you open by clicking in the upper right hand corner of the editor allows you to change : mission name (in mission list), time (day, month...), weather (pictures of cloud, sun...), and resistance's attitude. Note that "description" box isn't used by the game (strange) : so use html files for overview and briefing.  ;D

The description box is used when making MP missions.  It is shown when the players are selecting their roles, at the top of the screen.   :)
