My apologies since this isn't -quite- scripting oriented. However this does pertain to something Kaliyuga posted a little while ago.

I actually have a complete set of female voices for OFP on my hard drive.

But as LCD said.. we have been working on other projects for the last little while, but these projects should be completed very soon and then I'll probably start to make a voice pack out of em with LCD's help

Included in the thread was a brief and casual instruction on how to make a voice addon. I was wondering if and when this voice pack has been released, there might be some information released with it on how to make one's own pack?

I've been wanting to do something like this for a while.

Me too.  However I never was told how to do it.  >:(
Maybe we could dpbo the folder which contains the sounds and swap them over with some of our own. Problem is I'm not at all confident about doing it. I think I'd probably foul up and have to re-install.

I actually did depbo it one time. Problem is there are a lot of wss files and at the time I didn't want to go in and decrypt every single one to find out what each said.

So therein lies one problem.

The other would be knowing the absolute syntax of the cpp and packaging the addon properly so it would work.
