Unkown Man detect but he is on your team

Hi when i make 2 west soldiers and place em far they say this 5 o'clock unkown man and some stuff but he is on his side hwo do i make him stop saying that and say only when he detects a enemy. is it possible?

 I know it can be annoying to have your guys call stuff out all the time on the radio .. but as far as I know it's all or nothing..

 if they're calling them out as unknown I just think its like real life..

you spot a guy off in the distance but you're not sure if he's on your side or not.. so you point him out.. but don't engage.. until you know he's an enemy..
