soundengine vs soundenviron: question.

Some addons have "inside" sounds and the normal outdoor engine sounds that we're used to hearing. Now. Martin's bell 206 has an indoor sound but either It's not used or it's drowned out by the sound of the engine.

I thought maybe it wasn't possible to have an entirely inside sound for the pilot in the craft and the engine sound play normally outside, however I then tried an F-15 addon that has no inside sound or engine sound you can hear whatsoever while in first person view. Yet in the chase cam you can hear the engine as normal. Can anyone tell me how this is done since the ever so courteous author of the f15 addon .bin'ed his cpp.


It'd be nice to know how to combine both an inside sound for a plane and have the engine sound play as it normally would outside.
