I don't think that a driver should be doing this...
Imagine the controls you'd need to press....
But maybe passengers, it would be nice to shoot and move really fast or cover everyone during an escape in a jeep.....
Only problem might be the windows on cars and such :-\
You'd need to remove it unless you want a hand through the window.
