Respawn into remaining AI next in rank?

I have searched respawn, but evidently not correctly :-( .
Can someone direct me to a script that respawns you into the next ranking or closest AI team member when you are killed? I want to use respawn but I want the groups numbers to dwindle when men are lost. I would like one that works when more than one player in a group is a live player? I don't ask for much, huh? Thanks...DOA
