Hi all,

I' ve been building an RTS mission for opfl: resistance for a while now.
I can finally show some stuff on how the project is going.
here is an overview of the current release.

allthough I don' t have new models, all the people that have played it think it' s awesome!
A real story behind the project is still unclear. Currently we are thinking of making it an RTS battle of humans vs aliens, but maybe some of you have a better idea.

It ism my goal to make something unique out of it.. so any suggestion/crit is welcome

Don't get me wrong, I'm a great fan of OFP RTS conversions (in fact, my production house, Psychic Productions, is producing one called Theatre Command). However, the OFPEC admins tend to frown on any and all advertising on the forums. It's an editing forum really (and I'm not saying anything about the Sci-Fi...).

Anyway, I wish you good luck. A little uniqueness in the khaki world of OFP can't be a bad thing!

Actually, charunks is asking for ideas/suggestions, so I'd think this thread would be ok.

I checked out the pictures, and it looks good. My only question would be about the way it looks like units are built/researched etc. It looks like its all via actions; I'd think that dialogs would be a little easier to use and look nicer. Other than that, looks good :)

I think it looks nice, but you have to get some dialogs, badly. I don't want an overcrowded action menu.

Hey there.

Try playing with Mike Melvin's MF-CTI (capture the island) mod. It uses dialogs to create a compelling RTS game within OFP.

It's where I learnt most of my stuff about dialogs from!
