Problem with Flashpoint1985.com

Im having troubles with viewing this tutorial, http://www.flashpoint1985.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard301/ikonboard.cgi?s=3d814711651dffff;act=ST;f=38;t=16353 i get a page can not be displayed, i have been trying for some time, so could some1 transfer that tut over to this forum? that would be very helpful. i have also tryed this url in a different browser, i can get the page, but there are no images and the URLs to the 2 Downloads dont work
