Read this if your Modifying others Binned Files

I found the Secret  And now I am going to Blab!!!  If you plan on modifying a binned file and think just converting it using UNPBO 1.3  will work or just cutting and pasting from OFPManager 1.2, you are wrong, especially for the more complicated addons.  What you have to do is use both Methods.  The UNPBO 1.3 Does not know how to convert "- " numbers, & it seems to leave a lot of ";" out after single digites.  This casuse alot of things not to work Properly.  OFP Maneger 1.2 Cut n Past does not work because it fails to properly line up classes, and sometimes puts lines out of order causing the Whole thing not to Work!!!  But when you use th two together you can reconstruct the original Config.bin  and then do your remodifying.  It took me two weeks to figure this out, in my spare time of Course!  But at last I know the secret and have shared it with YOU
