repairing vehicles

I'm creating a new mission and in it you have a repair kit so you can repair dammaged vehicles. :)
 
So I need to know what I would need to do inorder to  get my player to repair the nearest vehicle when he does the repair vehicle action.

make a search: engineer

you will find Gandalf 21VB's Engineer/Repairman script. This is what you want.
