WrpEdit textures
« on: 10 Oct 2003, 15:08:26 »
Hello all, I'm new here and I have a problem:

I'm working on an island with WrpEdit, and I'd like to use some selfmade textures.
For this purpose, I want to copy the textures into the folder of my island.
But when I open this folder in WrpEdit 'Surfaces', I always get this backslash \ before the name of the folder, and so I can't open the textures.

Now what can I do to make this '\' disappear?

Would be very grateful for help.

This is probably just about the silliest answer you'll ever have to read, but have you tried deleting the \ ?

Use the Add button in the top left corner of WrpEdits Pb Manager to navigate to the location of your textures.

To Ares 1978:

Very funny, but in the textures list I can't rename the textures.
It's got something to do with the folder the textures are in.
And when I copy the folder to the OFP root directory and then add this folder there is no '\'.

The folder your textures are in needs to be made into a PBO...use StuffPBO.

Then:

Use the Add button in the top left corner of WrpEdits Pb Manager to navigate to the location of your new PBO.
