East fighter aircraft to match F/18s
« on: 07 Oct 2003, 17:45:50 »
Are there any Eastern fighter aircraft that can match Hudson & Pennywises F/18s? They tend to avoid anything you throw at them, as long as its flying.

What would be needed is eastern aircraft with the same amount of detail AND great playability. Any suggestions?

*edit*
Is there ANY good east/west combo of aircrafts that make for good dogfights?

I like the VIT Mig29 its a nicely textured with a great cockpit, good camo scheme, afterburner etc.It flies really well and if you use the afterburner you can do really short/quick takeoffs.
What about Footmunch's Mig 23's and 27's I can't say I've tried them but I know a lot of people like his work.

Footmunch's MIG 27 is perfect for a dog fight, I've also used a few of VIT's planes.

I think that Hudson and Pennywise are making a Russian fighter now. It might be the Su-37, but I'm not sure. Whatever it is, I'm sure that it will be able to blow some F/A-18s out of the sky ;D .

We are working on 2 versions of the Su-34,

a Su-32/FN (naval version) and a Su-27Ib (final production model) Its coming along nicely with Silesian doing the texture work on this aircraft. And yes it will work the F18 over  ;)
