addon weapon problem

I have inquisitors weapons pack and i want to add the c4 to a another soldier but after i have put in the removeallwepaons this command and then added the weapons they don't show up! Only the HK show's up...
really strange...anybody got any clue what the problem is,, the read me obnly says this

C4 Bomb:      INQ_C4 (needs INQ_Put)

don't make any sense to me...

Inquisitor's C4 Bombs are really buggy, so I wouldn't use 'em. For instance, if you put a C4 bomb and then deactivate it, it becomes a satchel charge .
