Kegetys Editor Addon v1.11 need help

guys i made a  CTF map with some castle ruins in it , that came from the RES Kegetys Editor Addon v1.11. what happens is when certain people get the map loaded it says
no entry config.bin/cfgvehicle.KEGres_house01x.

and everyone has the the kegetys editor addon.
 when the map is started the guys that got the no entry message does not see any of the ruins just a empty space and the guys that didnt get the no entry message can see them, does any one know what might be wrong?

guys i figured out what the problem was, there seems to be 3 different pbo's of that addon, i checked there RES Kegetys Editor Addon and had them remove it and i sent them the pbo i had and guess what, it worked, so guys if any of you have a addon and someone else has it to and they get the no entry config message then there is a bug in there addon and need to get another one from a different site.

 hope this helps someone else that may be haveing the
same problem
