Here's what the official comref says:
handsHit soldier

soldier: Object
Type of returned value:

Description:
Check if soldiers hand are hit (inaccurate aiming).
Example:
handsHit leader player
Maybe you can set it manually (can't test it, i'm at work).
player handshit = 0.5
or: handshit player = 0.5
probably you will get an error about reserved variable,
if so then it doesn't work with that handshit way.
