I would like to see a script that makes a 1% chance or something like that to get a supha shot everytime you shoot. This way it'll encourage players to start shooting with their M16 at tanks. Of course a Shilka will not die at one supha shot, it'll take several. But you guys who've been/are in the military(I know many of you are/have)isn't it possible to penetrate a tank somehow with a standard gun?

No, small arms cannot and will not penetrate the armour of a tank.
The only thing would be if you managed to shoot a hole in an externally mounted fueltank (such as on the T72), but that is not guaranteed to destroy or disable the tank.
