Looking for Eastern Field Hospital

I've looked in all the regular places, but I couldn't find a field hospital for the East anywhere.
Can that be?

Gunslinger's Editor Update 1.02 lists a 'MASH Tent EAST', but when I look at it, it still says M*A*S*H on it (which I doubt it would in Russian)...

Anybody seen one anywhere?
