Addons in .rar

I've downloaded a few addons from the CZ homepage...but they are in .rar format instead of .pbo ??? How do I use them...?

download Winrar http://www.winrar.com is the url i think if not do a search on yahoo for winrar

rar files are like zip files.

Whereas zip files can be unpacked with Winzip, rar files need to be unpacked with a similar program like WinRar or WinAce.

you can go to www.downloads.com and get freeware programs that do the same thing
just search for rar

Also winrar offers higher compression, great for multimedia files such as addons.

The packers should however take the required 5 seconds to make it a self executable rar file. This saves any hassle.


Just double click click it and away she goes.
