Takeoff
« on: 10 Sep 2003, 09:37:26 »
I have a jet with a pilot seperate. I want the pilot to get in when I hit radio alpha, which he does. The problem is, when he's in the plane and begins to head for waypoint 1, he just taxies all the way, he nevergives it 100% power to take-off. Is there a take-off command like the land "land" command?
Or is there any way at all of making him do as he's fucking told?

Cheers.

It's O.K. I got it. It was because the plane wasn't taking off facing South. I'm using Ia Drang Island. Unlike on the official maps, where the jet has to be facing North to take off, on Ia Drang it has to be facing South.  ::)

NOTE TO ALL USERS OF IA DRANG PLANES MUST FACE SOUTH TO TAKE OFF.

Wicked.
