Error received in Editor

When I re-installed all addons for my mission after I formatted my PC I received the following error:

No entry 'config.bin/CfgVehiclesKEGres_Misc048'.

Does anyone knows what it refers to?

modifying other ppl's addons is the most common cause to such errors.

Looks like you've screwed it up, matey   ;D try & DL the addon and install it UN-CHANGED

I haven't modified any addon but I wish I knew how!

you haven't? well then, I'm all blank now  

  but it seems to be a thing about an addon-object/vehicle that was used in yer mission, and then (perhaps after having removed that addon) the game engine cannot find the object anymore?!

Sorry, I don't know the "KEGres_Misc048"  -object (or vehicle?), so I can't tell ya much about it  :-\
