Just one more thing,
as you were already asking about the waypoint type
scripted, and i gave you a link to my explanation,
i would suggest that this may be perfect for your idea.
Your problem might be that the chopper tries to stick back
to his waypoints, while in case of a wayoint type: scripted
the chopper would follow the orders of your script, ignoring
further waypoints, until the script has ended.
