can someone give me a link for gunslingers editor addon?

i've noticed that a lot of missions use it, but i cant find where to download it, if you could help me it would be much appreciated. (i have resistance, does that mean i need a different version? if so could i have that link)

If you have Resy you need Kegetys' addon, available in the Ed Depot under Tools - Editor Addons as I recall.
