how do u make a man have his gun across his chest or his back so that he lookslike he is skydiving

Hmmm ... not sure I know what you mean.  In general if you want a loon to put his rifle on his back use

loon1 setbehaviour "safe"

or

loon1 playmove "CombatToStand"

or use the animation creator to make a custom one
