not 2 brag or nething, but my clan ICM (www.ofp-icm.com) hasd exactly wat ur talkin bout.
They take place on all orignal islands plus saruago. u ken d/l em n then pbo with permisison. jus look for ICM Dedicated Server or sum shit.

 I went to the mfcti site but when I downloaded their mission pack, all I got was an empty zip file!!!  

 Do you know any other sites that do these type of missions?

I don't see any empty zips., maybe the zip came empty because of some connection error to the mirror or something    Maybe you shoud try again  :-\

I don't where to get missions like these, but I do know they exist.

CTI is the best!!! Just played it as an commander, Damn it was fun, the ability to build your own base with blood sweat and tears, and knowing the enemy does the same, and then destroy his lifework is ssssoooooooo cool!! Really could use some AA-turrets in CTi tough.

From the base decence menu you can build MG's and HE MG's. The HE MG's are VERY a very good defence against air or ground vehicles.
