How come Oxygen wont load textures?

I've created some textures in the .pac and .paa formats but oxygen just keeps saying null when I click on load texture. And I've also de-pbo-ed some unofficial addons to see if they would work but those textures wont load either and it still says null. what  The textures from BIS M16 tutorial work and so does Brssebs stalker textures. The textures from the unofficial addons and mine load in BIS's TexView though. So I am wondering what is wrong.
