What custom music do u lot use?

Just wondering wot custom music you lot use in ur missions to add a bit more atmosphere in ur missions.

depends....

for action sequences i like to use a more rock type of music - recently i just used 'breathe' by prodigy... such high tempo music and a good bass line makes action sequences much better...

as for stealthy, or even mood setting music... i've used 'carmina burama' for one of my cutscenes, and timed the music to the camera movements (hard work, but well worth it) or also the exorcist theme tune just to get that scary atmosphere

Music from films especially war films can be gud as well like saving private ryan and black hawk down.

I hate music from movies or just from other ppl to be used in a mission, its not very original

Music from films usualy works. Some may think that kind of music is not so cool, but remember that it is ment to drive you to some emotional state of mind that matches the cene, and that is what's it's all about. If it works well with the cene, you got it, if it doesn't, try something else.

I generally use music that fits the scene. I have a tendency to goto my soundtracvk library of war films. It's good music and can really set the emotional state. Despite my age I've already work on a production, and music like seen by professional composers such as Michael Kamen, John Williams, or Alan Silvestri can really boost the player actually feeling for the main/co characters.... Whew

The Cure - Dredd song, not too much of a sad one, but a song about not giving up which is appropriate in a bad situation lol
or Papa Roach - Last Resort/ Betwen angels and insects, which are just as good

Vanessa Mae - Firefly - very strong emotional violin music, gets me weepin everytime extremely recomend you listen to this one!!!!!!!!!.

I tend to use movie music and some games music too  
C&c generals intro music is pretty cool and goes with the most of the stuff.
action games and some strategy wargames tend to have some cool tracks in them. I used the red alert 1 hellmarch theme on a coop mission once and people got pretty stunned about ofp's capailities because they where only used of playing half-life
