Error I never saw before...

Take A look at this script

bo setBehaviour "AWARE"
bo1 setBehaviour "AWARE"

TitleCut["C'MON BOYS! LET'S GET INTO THIS WAR!"]
~4

etremely simple, right? Well not take a look at the attached image for the error...
What the heck does that mean? I'm dumbfounded, never b4 have I seen that...
Any Ideas?

Error: One element provided, two expected.

TitleCut[ "C'MON BOYS! LET'S GET INTO THIS WAR!" ]

I've underlined the one element. Here's the two elements of the correct syntax, both underlined separately ;)

TitleCut[ "C'MON BOYS! LET'S GET INTO THIS WAR!" , "PLAIN" ]
