unit stand up!

so how can i order unit to stay up?
it is this kind of scene allied soldier is standing in front of a wall and then there comes this german soldier and shoots him with rifle so it is a execution but after the allied soldier dies the german soldier goes to prone position. what do i do? :P

unitname setunitpos "up"  will make the bugger stand up no matter what.
