I'm doing this mission where. You start off on your feet in an airbase with your squad, then when you get in the chopper a cutscene kicks off. I have another trigger that detects if the unit isnt in the chopper and if he isnt the chopper moves back to the airbase. But scince the player starts on the ground it will go straight away. I want this trigger to b active once the player has been dropped off.

i think i see what you're trying to do.  what actually triggers the heli going away AND the cutscene.  by this i mean you must have some event in your mission at which either the heli flies off OR you go to the cutscene with the player in the heli.  Therefore make whatever event that is your basic trigger and then have it dependent on whther he is or isn't in the heli.

if that's still giving your trouble could you be a bit more specific in your post
