Who made MEEKONG Island?

I noticed this island called Meekong on my computer, but i dunno where i downloaded it from. I know Wolf made it, but i need to know where it can be downloaded

It came with Wake Island....

However it was not meant to be released, it was still in private beta testing, the maker did not give permission to either the author of wake island or TheCaptain(who beta tested it and released it a few months ago), i was also a beta tester and we all had to agree not to release it, its just a shame that a few people have messed up the development process for the maker.

Yeah I didn't think it was ready when I had a look

with helipads under buildings and a few other
little errors.

So I have shelved it until the finished product
is released.

So far so good
