the infamous draw

A resistance man is a captive with a hidden gun so the enemy squad in front of him just ignores him.   He walks up to them.   He stops.  Nothing happens for minutes.   Then he draws.   He pulls out his weapon and as he does they all of a sudden find him to be a threat and the shootout commences!  how in the hell do i get this to happen in flashpoint?  It'd be the best script idea.
