Muzzle Flash Bug Fix?

I'm not really an Addon Guru, i never made one by myself, but now that i have the Resistance DD i see may Addon weapons having that fu**ing Muzzle Flash Bug. A few authors released new versions of their weapon addons with this bug fixed, but i still have two o three weapons with this bug. One of them is the best weapon i've ever seen! The "SNS SAW M249", i love that machingun! But it has the BUUUUUUUUG !!  :'( :'(

Many of the threads i've red talked about how easy it is to remove that bug, but even after searching the forum i still can't figure out how to do it.
I think it a script dependent bug, right?
I would really appreciate it if someone here could point me were i can find a tutorial on how to remove the bug.

The idea was to decompile the pbo and remove the bug by myself, if the authors don't mind

Well thanks for liking the M249 mate, there will be a new version in the addon depot soon, equiped by my USMC Force Recon, this one is Resistance Upgraded, which means no Muzzle Flash Bug.
Still if you find a way yourself to fix the M249 before that, than Stormtooper and me we surely don't mind that

When I get home in 6 hours  :-\ if I have time I'll drop you a link for download the latest M249  

PS: And please don't say it's the best weapon you ever seen, FlipeR's M4s and Kegetys's Russian weapons are the best weapons ever  and there are a lot of weapons better than our M249 , but thanks anyway mate

Flipper's M4A1s are really great, i like that weapon too, especially the MasterKey. But my favorite weapons are machinguns, M60, SAW, ecc. I love your weapon cause it has such an amazing sound!
Even if you don't agree, i think it's on of the best weapons around  ;D

Sorry, to bother you again, but it seams like the addon you gave me doesn't work.
It still has the muzzle flash bug!
I did overwrite the old addon file, but it still doesn't work as it should.  
Any ideas?

Yo Skaven, thanx for the cool saw! I wanted to check out the muzzle flash thingy but I can't get any ammo in the darn thing! I tried:        this addmagazine "snssawmag"
but I still get a message saying; dude, your lame, get a life!
