Sniper rifle scope

Using the CutRsc command how can you get the sniper rifle up? I think it would be domething like this:

CutRsc ["SniperScope","plain",100]

I can manage the tv screen and the binoculars but havent figured out how to do the sniper scope yet???

I know you can get it because its in the Flashpoint campaign, where you play the pilot and get shot down.
