textureproblem in visitor

hello guys....i have a problem...when iam going to convert a tga-file to paa i get an error-message texture conversion that says "cannot convert from tga to paa"
Iam using a the tutorial that follows with visitor!!
Please help!!!

visitor may not know where your buldozer folder is if it is inside anouther folder you have to name that folder like
C:\(name of folder)\buldozer\TutIsland

also check that the tga is 256x256
