thanks but it doesn't seem to work

my unit is called man, and the units which I want to join later in the mission are called man1, man2 and man3, I wrote this in a trigger, placed around the 3 units which I want to join:   "(man1,man2,man3) join man".  it doesnt seem to work it says "missing (" and "unknown operator". Could you please tell me exactly what to write and where.

I know I sound really stupid, but i'm new to ofp editing, so i need a bit of help to start off

Only a guess but, I think it should be:

[man1,man2,man3] join man

In other words use the square brackets

Ha........deaddog beat me to it
