I just created an addon, what now?

any instructions for a first time addon creator?  I finally finished my code blue assisted update of the regular infantry.

no oyman that'd be pre-finished addon, dufus.  I'm talking its done.  Now how do I go about getting it out there?  I've contacted the sites.  How long does it take?
